Did anyone build onboarding experiences successfully and activated users who sign up via mobile web? For example, a lot of our new signups come in through mobile web and, relative to desktop, activations are much worse. Most of them make the user finish onboarding on desktop/laptop. Is that really the best practice?
A good strategy would be, you should do a complete inspection of your sign-up on your mobile site and compare each step you’ve made to the sign-up flow on some popular sites like FB or Twitter.
