How do you setup weekly user interviews for multiple product teams without much manual effort?

Hire someone to do it for you? Pay money to a company like UserTesting? Create a Calendly and add the interview request to your existing user communications workflows?

Do you have a tool recommendation for scheduling a meeting across multiple product teams in a low/medium-traffic environment?

I’m not sure what you mean by “across multiple teams”. Usually when teams recruit from within their product, each team is recruiting in the part of the product most relevant to their work. If it’s not easy to segregate inbounds like that, you’ll just need to take turns.
