Who at your (B2C product) company manages relationships with your martech vendors (like Appsflyer or Partnering). Marketing? Product? Engineering?
Marketing is POC to manage the relationship and serve as first line of defense for us. For most meetings, we have product and engineering there to be most efficient.
Marketing will manage the relationship with the Account Manager, but product will be involved, and the level of involvement depends on how integrated it is with the product.
If you ask me, my answer would be Marketing
