I’m probably 90% working on stuff in the current sprint, 10% discovery and validation, and 0% go to market. I guess I’ve always wondered what this breakdown is like for others since I’ve only been a PM at a couple of companies

If you’re spending 90% of your time on the current sprint you’ve not properly prepared or planned for that sprint.
Once sprint planning occurs the scope has pretty much been locked down with fully groomed tickets and all that’s left should be developers to problem-solve and code.
Maybe 10-15% of your time should be on attending standups, clarify any requirements, or remove current sprint blockers. Anything more is not a good sign.
