Building in-person Relationship in Hybrid workplace

Seeing as more and more companies are adopting remote roles, have you and your team discussed the opportunity costs for someone who is not in the office building in-person relationships? How are you and your team maintaining those relationships whilst tackling the hybrid workplace?


I should also add that the company is flexible and provides options. I’m very pleased by the way the company has handled hybrid work

Yes we have. I believe, relationships are created through meaningful conversations. I doesn’t matter how we have those conversations. It comes from being empathetic towards one another. We shouldn’t let any barrier make us less compassionate and human.
