Balancing Multiple Domains as a Generalist PM – How Do You Keep Up?

Hi folks,

I have been in a generalist PM role for a while now & while it is rewarding, juggling different areas—from product design to analytics to development—can get overwhelming fast. Some days it feels such as I am scratching the surface in too many places instead of going deep in one.

I wanted to ask how others here stay effective when your projects span multiple domains. Do you stick to one trusted process or switch it up depending on the team? And how do you keep your skills current without overloading yourself?

I was thinking of doing something such as a short CSM training course not necessarily to switch roles but just to refresh my agile mindset. I want to know if that is helped anyone here refocus or bring more structure to the chaos.

I appreciate any insights or routines that have worked for you.
