I would highly suggest learning Jira first! It’s very quick to figure out, and you can ask anyone experienced in the company to get you up to speed with the basics.
The reason I say that is because, in my experience, if you don’t have access to a good task management software – and especially aren’t sure how to make do with the one your company uses – you’re going to end up struggling a LOT. You won’t be able to keep track of tasks, and there’s tiny things that can often have massive spin-off consequences. On the other hand, when you do get a hang off Jira, your efficiency improves by a lot!
The rest also sounds great! I just wanted to give my 2 cents regarding what I thought you should probably prioritize first.

Probably the only hard skill I’d say ALL PMs MUST have to have is the ability to analyze quantitative data, most commonly web / app analytics.
The other hard skills can often be learned on the job, performed by someone else on the team, or googled on the spot.
As others have said, what is harder (maybe impossible) to learn is how to be a person who can integrate the big and small pictures, chart a direction based on that, and work with everyone under the sun to execute it well.

There are no hard skills that are a must in product management.
At most I would say data literacy and an understanding of what data does and does not show
The most important thing in product management is relationship building and communication
