Giving a sizable equity to someone who made no capital investment is a bad idea. I learned my hard lessons.

A creative director can be replaced fairly easily. A greedy one has to be replaced immediately. She is toxic and will drain the business.
If your cousin is so worried about losing her and all that, let him give her 20% of the company out of his stake, without touching or diluting yours.
