Please take the new job. Toxic environment is never good, even if it helps you grow. You are more important than a silly job requiring innovation. Your mental health is more important. Also, as you said it’s a sexist place, I doubt they would take your ideas and give you credits. Don’t stay. Take the new job. There will be more opportunities in the future.
