Extremely useful for business cases and competitive research. It is similar to using Google but 1000 times better.

Reimagining our platform’s overall user experience is currently one of my major initiatives. I must present a business case for this because it is clear that it will take a lot of resources to complete. I informed Chat GPT “Describe the relationship between a product’s user experience and sales. Please provide particular data and research, along with references to each.” Results from UserTesting, Gartner, Forrester, and another source were compiled by ChatGPT. Leadership approved of my project since they liked it.

I would have needed a week (not 40 hours, but a few hours spread over 5 days) to get the necessary data, and another day or so to organize it in a way that was readable. Instead, it took ChatGPT one minute, and after that, I reviewed the sources and added to various decks and documentation for another hour or two.
