Do you do continuous product discovery in your team?

I find that the process is so comprehensive we struggle to effectively understand customer needs and problems, the intensity/frequency, and what order to prioritize them. So, the tool I’m building enabled customers to provide/vote-on problems (as feedback) in app (at any time) and research studies (conduct interviews, observations, surveys, prototype and other UX testing, and more) can also be done in app (to convenience their customers). The findings are structured as a survey results page so aggregated results can be viewed as well as individual results.
